Description: We are looking for a new Medical Director to lead our teams at 4 clinics in the Knoxville area. We are a stable, national group and can provide the team support doctors need such as EMR, IT, HR and legal support, negotiating with payers, managing quality metrics, marketing the practice and providing support staff. Our motto is “Practice made perfect” and our goal is to let you do what you do best: see patients, and let us take the worry out of everything else. We diagnose and treat most non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses in adults and children as well as provide diagnostic and laboratory tests, vaccinations, physicals, and occupational medicine services. Our facility includes treatment and procedure rooms, a CLIA waived laboratory, and diagnostic imaging. Our team includes family practice physicians and advanced practice clinicians. Typical hours are from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, and from 8am to 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Qualified candidates must have availability to work two weekends per month. Requirements include an active license to practice in Tennessee; BC in emergency, internal, or family medicine; and current BLS certifications. We also have openings at our Immediate Care Clinic locations in New York and Texas.
