Indiana University Health is searching for B.C. /B.E. medical intensivists to join our team. The opportunities available include a dedicated night intensivist position with a very favorable schedule. We also have a position combining critical care with pulmonary with a more traditional schedule. This physician will be an employee of Indiana University Health Physicians, a large multi-specialty faculty practice group. These are clinical positions with the option for appointment to the Indiana University School of Medicine, within the Department of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care. Positions are based at our Academic Health Center located in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. 

The IU Health Physicians Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine is a division with over 70 providers covering the needs of 6 metro area hospitals and a large, multi-site outpatient clinic. We are rated among the very best in Pulmonology by U.S. News & World Reports. The group is dedicated to caring for the most complex critical illness and respiratory conditions in the state. Our two AHC campuses have over 150 critical care beds combined, including neurosurgical, cardiovascular and transplant specialty units. Our division is the cornerstone of a thriving critical care division, a 24 hour in-house intensivist program, ECMO and the only lung transplant program in the state. Our partnership with the Indiana University School of Medicine and affiliate allied health programs creates a professionally enriching environment combining clinical excellence with teaching and research unparalleled in the state.
